A Place of Light

A Place of Light is a center dedicated to the support of intuitive people (Indigo, Crystal, etc.) and their families and friends. What we offer you is a place where you can gain understanding about the following through phone or face to face sessions and classes:

*parenting your intuitive child
*understanding how labels such as autistic, ADD, and other DSM labels can actually be manifestations of intuitive abilities that are not controlled.
*developing, understanding and controlling your own intuitive abilities
*learning how you, as a family or group of friends, can work together to enhance your   abilities
*receiving spiritual healings and messages (see FAQ page for what these entail)
*participating in classes and gatherings with like minded people

You can take a survey about your own abilities! If you leave a comment and want a response, you need to INCLUDE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS!  So many have written heartfelt questions, and it is simply terrible and frustrating not to be able to answer because no address is provided.   Please go to Find out your abilities! Anything that you respond yes to is one of your intuitive abilities.    The survey is checked about once a month, so you will receive a faster response if you e-mail directly at apolfriends@earthlink.net. 

Our monthly gatherings (the next is on June 19, 6 - 9 PM and will be one where you can understand how a loving attitude can affect your nutrition) and private sessions for adults and families have brought much insight and trust as to the nature of individual intuitive abilities. People who have come to A Place of Light are no longer bothered about the sudden coolness in the air they may experience, the flash of movement caught in the corner of the eye or the sudden knowing of an event. They understand and work with these abilities. We also have many who make use of our phone and face-to-face one-on-one sessions for adults.  Please visit our What We Do page for descriptions of our activities.

We have many spirits visit us here at the Center!  Most often they are out and about in our yard.  Take a look at the picture below, taken as part of an Exercise of the Week on our Facebook page.  Many spirits are happy to call this land home!

We need your HELP! There is a plan to destroy the 26 acres of forest behind the center, (land we had eventually hoped to acquire and keep forever green) and construct an 82 unit apartment complex! 

This land is a small space that supports the life of hawks, deer and other animal life. It keeps the air polluted by the nearby highway clean. Please lend your energetic intention to that of others to keep this land natural and forever green. On behalf of the sentient beings who call this place home, thank you.

Being a Part of the Intuitive Community of All Ages

It seems many are better able to recognize the intuitive abilities of themselves and children with each passing day. You have no doubt heard of the Indigo Children among other names for the children being born with a heightened level of consciousness. In this center, we provide a safe haven for everyone to learn and share a sense of community. Please go to The Intuitive Person page to see how we work individually with those who come to the Center.  

Many want to seek out others like them.  To that end, we  have created a Yahoo Group for young people.  This board is closely monitored and those joining are screened. All messages are monitored before being posted, with no spam or advertising being allowed. Please join up your child if under the age of 15! To join, click here.
