Place of Light is a center dedicated to the support of
intuitive people
(Indigo, Crystal, etc.) and
their families and friends. What we offer you is a place where you can speak
freely to a listening ear about you or a child's experiences, your frustrations
with labels such as ADHD, ADD, autistic and other DSM labels, as well as your
joys and concerns. If there is fear to go to sleep at night because of what is
seen or if there is refusal to enter certain areas of your home or other places
you might visit, we can help. It is our belief that many behaviors that are
labeled as being mental illnesses are actually manifestations of intuitive
abilities.
In response to the many questions we have been receiving after the first A&E show, we are scheduling a free telephone conference call to assist you. The next one is scheduled for June 23 at 9:15 PM EST and will last one hour. The number to call is (712) 432-1620 and the access code is 861354#. Be sure to include the pound sign after the code. Our monthly gatherings (the next is on June 20) and private sessions for adults and families have brought much insight and trust as to the nature of individual intuitive abilities. People who have come to A Place of Light are no longer bothered about the sudden coolness in the air they may experience, the flash of movement caught in the corner of the eye or the sudden knowing of an event. They understand and work with these abilities. We also have many who make use of our phone and face-to-face one-on-one sessions for adults. Our family retreat has been planned! Being held from August 28-30 at the Wisdom House, this event will promise to greatly enhance both your understanding and development of linking with the spirit world. Go to our Family Retreat page for more information!!
We have many spirits visit us here at the Center! Most often they are out and about in our yard. Take a look at the pictures below, taken during this past winter's snow here in Massachusetts. We hope you can feel the joy and peace that is present here at the Center. It is snowing in this picture, but the larger orbs are spirits!
We need your HELP! There is a plan to destroy the 26 acres of forest behind the center, (land we had eventually hoped to acquire and keep forever green) and construct an 82 unit apartment complex!
This land is a small space that supports the life of hawks, deer and other animal life. It keeps the air polluted by the nearby highway clean. Please lend your energetic intention to that of others to keep this land natural and forever green. On behalf of the sentient beings who call this place home, thank you.
Being a Part of the Intuitive Community of All Ages
It seems many are better able to recognize the intuitive abilities of themselves and children with each passing day. You have no doubt heard of the Indigo Children among other names for the children being born with a heightened level of consciousness. In this center, we provide a safe haven for everyone to learn and share a sense of community. Please go to The Intuitive Person page to see how we work individually with those who come to the Center.
Many want to seek out others like them. To that end, we have created two Yahoo Groups. One is just for children! This board is closely monitored and those joining are screened. All messages are monitored before being posted. Please join up your child if under the age of 15! Through this group, you will be able to post messages to others in the area who are interested in learning about or sharing their intuitive experiences.
