THREE TRAININGS IN MODULE ONE: KNOWING WHO I AM
MODULE ONE - Knowing Who I Am: As you explore Knowing Who I Am, you take a look at the mirrors that reflect both your outer and inner worlds. In so doing, you gain a deep insight into what may well be causing some of these unexplained moods and how to attain your inner stillness. This will help you be more conscious of how you are mirroring the outside world.
Cleaning the Mirror: The Buddhists say that attachments are the cause of all suffering. Explore your own attachments and practice a proven method to release the ones you do not want. This practice allows you to have a clear mirror when living your life rather than following a false narrative down the rabbit hole.
Looking in the Mirror: Gain keen insight into your self-awareness by using three important keys to unlock this knowledge. In so doing, you will find that unhelpful approaches to life become manageable; and the mirror reflects you exactly as you are rather than through the filter of lies you may have been told.
What Shapes the Mirror: You may be surprised to discover when you first formed your belief system! This exercise allows you to choose your beliefs consciously and align your thoughts, words and actions with them so you can stop having internal conflicts. A mirror that is not distorted is a sure way to balance!

THREE TRAININGS IN MODULE TWO: WHAT TO PRACTICE
MODULE TWO - What to Practice: Now that you have more insight into how the way you dance with life can affect your unexplained moods, you will take a look at three practices that will help you maintain your steady inner balance. With that balance, your life is your own, no matter what is happening around you. You choose the dance steps or choose to be still.
Dancing with the Universe: Through considering the principles of interdependence, you can attain a clear perception of just how much our lives are dancing with all other beings. Discover how life becomes less stressful when we know the right dance steps to the music being played in every situation.
Be the Tranquil Lake: Sometimes our dance is one of stillness. Patience opens so many doors for you! With the opportunity to practice a mindset that allows patience to flow freely through you, you can remain calm even during your most trying times.
Dancing with Your Being: Consciously creating your personal dance and understanding its rhythm is another powerful key to maintaining balance in your life. Learn and experience just how powerful your dance is and how it affects the energy of everything around you so that you can dance in harmony wherever you go. Your dance is unique and can move everything.

MODULE THREE - The Supreme Energy: You have worked with six concepts that have a great impact on your moods and remaining balanced. Now is the time to put it all together and practice the supreme energy: Being Love. For when you combine these practices, you find yourself naturally being a conduit of a loving energy that allows for no unhelpful thoughts to take hold and disturb your inner balance.
Loving Loyalty to Self: We always have to start with self, and Being Love is no exception. Through learning one common obstacle to loving yourself and how to overcome it, you do not become stuck in an endless cycle of self-doubt and pain.
